Granting Run Free access to connect to Lightspeed is an essential part of setting up your ecommerce store. Unlike other ecommerce platforms, the Run Free Project automatically mirrors your in-store inventory through an API connection with your POS.
The most efficient way to give us access to connect to Lightspeed is by creating an Administrator profile for us within Lightspeed. This can be done quickly by going to your Settings, clicking Users, and selecting New User. When assigning an email address for the Administrator Account please use email@example.com. In the Account Type drop down menu, select Full Access and then Save.
Finally, to unsubscribe us from daily report emails, navigate to Settings > Users > and click View Details next to our user account. Then, choose the unsubscribe option and save by clicking Update.
