So We Can Set Up the API for Your Integration

Granting Run Free access to connect to Heartland is an essential part of setting up your ecommerce store. Unlike other ecommerce platforms, the Run Free Project automatically mirrors your in-store inventory through an API connection with your POS.

The most efficient way to give us access to connect to Heartland is by creating an Administrator profile for us within Heartland. This can be done quickly by going to your Settings, clicking Users, and selecting Add New. When assigning an email address for the Administrator Account please use support@runfreeproject.com.

It is important that you toggle on "Enable All Permissions" as well as "All Locations" as this will give us access to push feeds to all of your locations. Once this is complete you will submit the information by clicking Create New User.
