Run Free Relay for Shopify Meta Fields

This article covers the Product meta fields in Shopify that Run Free Populates at both the Product and Variant level with the Relay for Shopify feed.

Product Meta Fields:

The meta fields that RFP populates at the product level are only updated when we touch the product and not one of the variants. You will see these meta fields update less frequently than the Variant level meta fields.

  • Merge Target Product Id : used to merge the product into another product. More info on that process here: Merging Relay for Shopify Products on Shopify.

  • Relay Shipping Message : can be used to display a delayed shipping message for relay items on product pages and at checkout.   • RunFree Merged At : Displays the timestamp from when a product was merged.

  • RunFree Merged Into Product Id : Displays the product ID that the product was merged into.

  • RunFree Created Source Product Id : Displays the RFP productID for the product.

  • RunFree Created At : Displays the time stamp from when RFP created the product.

  • RunFree Created By Site Id : Displays the RFP Site Id for the store connected to Shopify.

  • RunFree Last Sync At : Displays the last time the product was touched by RFP. i.e. RFP adds images. This metafielcd will not update often and most dates will be in the past. Note: this is not reflecting inventory updates.

Variant Meta Fields:

The meta fields that RFP populates at the variant level are updated more frequently than variants at the product level as this is where you will see the time stamps from the latest inventory updates.

  • Source Inventory ID : This displays the RFP id for the specific product and size.

  • Created At : displays the time stamp when RFP created the variant.

  • Last Sync At : displays the time stamp from the last RFP update. Note: this is where you see when the latest inventory update occurred.

  • Site Id : Displays the RFP Site Id for the store connected to Shopify.

  • Last Sync Action : displays the last sync action RFP made on the variant.

Note: if Created At is empty, RFP didn’t create the Product or Variant, if Created At and Updated at are both empty, then RFP didn’t create the product/variant or send any updates.
