When setting up your mobile app, the last step will be reviewing the mobile app content: Mobile Terms and Conditions, Mobile Privacy Policy, and Mobile FAQs. This will give your customers a place to look when searching for information on each of the aforementioned topics. To give you a starting point, we always upload generic content into each of these fields, but we recommend that you take a look and make any edits that will cater the information to your store and customers. Reviewing and editing these articles is easy and will only take a few minutes.

First, you will navigate to your Admin Dashboard and click the white toggle icon in the top right corner. A drop down menu will appear and you will choose Manage Content.

This will bring you to a page with a list of articles that are available to your customers. You will want to click on the arrow of the line-item you wish to read and choose Edit.

This will open up the article for your review, and allow you to make any necessary edits. Be sure to click Save after modifying your article, or your edits will not be reflected to your customers.

While we do encourage you to review the Mobile App Content before your app is live, it is a best practice to take the time to read and update this documentation every few months. This will keep all customer facing content up to date and accurate in the case that any internal changes have been made.
