To get started, you’ll login to your Admin Dashboard, click on the Loyalty tab, and choose Manage Mileage. This will bring you to a section labeled Mileage Accrual Levels.
Here, you are able to choose the mileage threshold for each of your 5 running milestone levels. You are also able to create an email to the customer when they reach a higher milestone level. For example, "You did it! Welcome to the 500 Mile Club! Stop by our store to pick up your free 500 Mile Club tee!"
At the bottom of the page you will find an additional section labeled Recent Mileage. In this section you will see a list of customers who have logged mileage.
If you would like to see a particular customer's mileage log, you can click on their name and you will be taken to their profile, where you are able to see a breakdown of all their mileage.
Please note that because mileage is recorded by syncing to another system, you CANNOT change or edit a customer's mileage log.
