Navigate to Settings > Manage Billing by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the administrator dashboard to manage your store's billing details.
Payment Method
The payment method pod displays the current card you have on file with stripe for your reoccurring subscription charges. If your card is about to expire or needs to be replaced, just enter your new card number and tap update. If you have any issues feel free to contact us via our chat and we can send you a direct invoice link.
Download Invoices
The recent bills pod contains a scrolling list of all your platform invoices. Each invoice has its own section with Billing Cycle, Due Dates, Amount, and total owed if any. It also lists your subscription charges that make up the bill. Download a pdf copy of any invoice by tapping Download Invoice.
