Bonus Digital Gift Cards Promotions

Want to give out a bonus gift card with the purchase of specific gift card amounts? This article shows how to enable bonus gift cards and set the bonus gift card amounts.

Bonus Gift Cards in Run Free project allow you to run gift card promotions like Buy $100 Gift Card Get a $10 Bonus Gift Card.

Retailers can specify five gift card Buy values and the corresponding bonus gift card Get values.

NOTE: The gift card purchaser chooses if the bonus gift card is added to the recipient's gift card or if it is sent to the purchaser in a separate gift card email.

How to enable bonus gift cards in Run Free Project:

  1. In the Admin area of Run Free, open the Store Settings menu and navigate to Digital Gift Cards.

  2. At the bottom of the Digital Gift Cards page, Enable Promotion and set the Buy gift card values that need to be purchased and the corresponding Get gift card value.

Example: if you set the Buy gift card value to $100 and get Get gift card value to $10, When a purchaser buys a $100 gift card, they will also get a $10 bonus card.
