Retailers are able to pre-sell items on Run Free Project by:

1. Creating A Pre-Sale SKU For The Product In Your POS

In your POS create a pre-sale product that is a duplicate of the actual product with '-PRE' added to the end of the SKU.

So if the SKU you want to pre-sell is 120313-090, the pre-sale SKU you will create in the POS would be 120313-090-PRE.

2. Add Inventory To The Pre-sale SKU In Your POS And Sell On Your RFP Site

Add inventory as you see fit in your POS.

Set the product online in RFP and make sure to label the product as presale on the Run Free side in the descriptions so there's no confusion to the customer.

3. Receive The Actual SKU When You Get It In Store.

When you get the actual SKU in inventory, you have a record of what was pre-sold by looking at the pre-sale SKU.

When you receive the remaining inventory for the actual SKU, make sure the actual product gets toggled on in RFP and the pre-sale SKU gets toggled off.
