1. Check Strava API Version
Go to the Customer Profile within your Admin Tools.
Alternatively, have the user open the Hamburger Menu and navigate to Settings.
Look for the App Version:
If the version is 1.8.5, they do not need to update.
If the version is older than 1.8.5, an update is required.
2. Handling Token Expiration
Strava occasionally revokes tokens if they are not used for a while.
If this occurs, the user may receive a prompt once or twice.
To fix this:
Relink to Strava to trigger a resync.
3. Manual Sync
On the user’s Profile Page, click on the Running Man Icon.
This will manually trigger a call to resync Strava data.
